PASSWORD RECOVERY SERVICE:
This document is being sent via e-mail in response to your
specific inquiry and is considered a transactional or relationship message,
which is specifically excluded from the federal law regulating unsolicited
commercial e-mail communication.

User IDs and passwords are case sensitive. When opening your Peachtree
Accounting company, make sure you type the user ID and
password exactly as it is set up in the user record in Maintain Users.
For example, Password, PASSWORD and password are all different. If you
are sure you have the correct user ID and password, but Peachtree is not
accepting them, make sure your CAPS LOCK key is not activated.

If your password in a prior version of Peachtree Software does not
fit into the user ID or password field in the new release,
type the first 9 characters of your password into the
fields and click OK.

are still experiencing problems with passwords, please follow the Peachtree
Accounting Express User ID / Password Recovery Service instructions below.
Express User ID / Password Recovery Service In the unfortunate event
that you lose or forget your user IDs or passwords and you cannot open your
Peachtree Accounting company, an express recovery procedure is now available.
Our Peachtree Accounting Express User ID / Password Recovery Service will
be able to recover your user IDs and passwords over the telephone and in
most cases, within 1 business hour. The Password Recovery Service requires
a signed Letter of Consent from a legally authorized user in order to recover
the ID or password.
We understand that your time is valuable. Please keep in
mind that, for the protection of your data, the Express password
Recovery Service is a structured process. We must receive all of the requested
information before we can begin the recovery procedures.
Note: This service is only available during regular Sage Customer Support
Center hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern, except
major holidays.
