This support will be available via email or phone and remote* service. (On-site visits are not included.)

These situations would be identified at the time of request and would fall under our hourly rate charge. We will never be doing the work, but we will be guiding and training you. We will be the support you need to make you life easier with Peachtree. We will help you reach your reach your goals and desires within the program.

To provide the best service available to those that do enroll, space will be limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. If you opt out, you will not be permitted to re-enroll for three months and re-enrollment space is not guaranteed.

This service is only available in English and in the continental USA for one Peachtree user per company to avoid duplicate training. Payment is for a full month of service, no partial month credits will be issued. Payment will be secured before services are rendered.
