• You need help setting up a "Budget"
• You want to use "Master Items", or "Serialized Item", or maybe a "Description Items" but don't know how.
• You would like to learn about "Cash Management" "Notes" or "Broadcast" invoices.
• You want to set up a new module of your program. Perhaps vendors and start using vendor checks.
• You have data errors. You need to know how to run data repairs to resolve issues
• You are concerned about your backups and would like a FREE off-site backup location for your data.
• You would like to explore areas of the program and features that you know exist but don't want to take the time to read the book or look it up.

This Concierge Service will not cover crystal reports, or fixed assets. It is not available for initial program set up, conversions, form design, or project work where we are actually doing working on your files. These situations would be identified at the time of request and would fall under our hourly rate charge. We will never be doing the work, but we will be guiding and training you. We will be the support you need to make you life easier with Peachtree. We will help you reach your reach your goals and desires within the program.

To provide the best service available to those that do enroll, space will be limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. If you opt out, you will not be permitted to re-enroll for three months and re-enrollment space is not guaranteed.

This service is only available in English and in the continental USA for one Peachtree user per company to avoid duplicate training. Payment is for a full month of service, no partial month credits will be issued. Payment will be secured before services are rendered.
